1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Axiom ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Axiom is a workflow automation platform provided by FastenAI. We provide users with tools to build, manage, and execute automated workflows, including but not limited to:

• Visual workflow editor with drag-and-drop functionality
• Integration with third-party services (Discord, Slack, Stripe, etc.)
• AI-powered automation nodes (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
• Scheduled and triggered workflow executions
• Encrypted credential storage

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

3. User Accounts

To use Axiom, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send unsolicited spam or bulk messages
• Harm, abuse, or disrupt our infrastructure or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscription & Pricing

The Axiom Pro subscription is billed at $13 per month.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
• Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

6. Service Level & Support

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Our Commitment: If any errors or bugs occur, we prioritize fixing them immediately (ASAP). Our team monitors the platform 24/7 and responds to critical issues as quickly as possible.

Support is available via email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by FastenAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (your workflows, configurations, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastenAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Damages resulting from third-party integrations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastenAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
